Before there was Synrgys Solutions, there were a few guys in the surgical implant and instrument business, in Northwest Ohio. This grew into consulting with medical professionals, far removed from fitness equipment sales. As our team started to work with an expanded client list, including physical therapists, personal trainers, and multi-family property managers, we found ourselves learning a lot about treadmills, rubber flooring, specialty health items - and even more on COST CONTROL! We found our core strengths - analytics, speed, creativity, flexibility, negotiation, and "Make It Happen" attitude created a ton of value for these clients.
Early in 2012, we realized our small size was a great strength too! We have minimal overhead! This means low fixed cost of operations, extremely fast and flexible action, and a real ability to be as aggressive as we can on the behalf of our clients: We can do for them, what they would do for themselves, if there were more time in the day. We're like the expert on the payroll - who they don't have to pay! We save them time and money, and earn our fair reward. This is a terrific niche, especially in this current time of economic uncertainty, rising operational costs everywhere, and an extremely competitive marketplace. We're the little dog with a lotta fight!
We decided to go full bore with equipment distribution following this game plan and are currently adding solid, quality lines, and expanding our territory. All the while, we are dedicated to keeping our cost structure very low, so that we can continue to provide value to our clients and customers. We're small, flexible, frugal, and aggressive.
